Privacy Policy
Pre-release draft. This document was written from what the application actually does, as a starting point for legal review. It is not yet final, some clauses are still to be confirmed, and it does not take effect until SportsLink is released. Questions: truesightsolutionspune@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account: your email address. Profile: name, photo, date of birth, gender, address (turned into an approximate map location), city, usual venue and preferred sports. Activity: challenges, matches, scores, ratings you give and receive, reports, chat messages, follows and cheers. Device: a push notification token and when you last used the app.
How we use it
To run the service: matching you with opponents, arranging and recording matches, leaderboards, skill ratings and reputation, sending the notifications you’ve chosen, and keeping the community safe.
What other players see
Your name, photo, city, preferred sports, results, standings, skill rating and reputation, and your distance from them in whole kilometres. Your date of birth, address and exact location are not shown on your profile. Reports are seen only by our admins.
How long we keep it
Notifications are kept for 30 days. Match records are kept so leaderboards stay accurate. If you delete your account, your personal details are erased and your past matches stay on other players’ records as “Deleted player”.
Your choices
Edit your profile at any time, choose which notifications you get in Settings, and delete your account in Settings. To ask for a copy of your data or raise a concern, email us.
Children
